New roof and skylights were installed on this lovely home in the Eaglecreek area of Indianapolis.  Upon removal, some decking was discovered that had deteriorated.  We never take short cuts and cover bad decking.  We removed the bad decking and installed new OSB.  Skylights were removed and new Velux Skylights and flashing kits were installed.  All the valleys and gutter lines had Ice & Water shield applied and a synthetic felt vapor barrier was applied before the shingles were installed.  Contact Lathrop Contracting for all your roofing needs.
